Here is the recommended build if you want to use her anywhere in game.
The reflex set is optional, as is the accuracy. She doesn't need accuracy unless you really need her to decrease enemy buffs.
Crit% and damage are always good but if you can't make her fast and tanky enough you can drop those until you have the gear to do it.

Thanks alot so need to focus get speed above 200 and focus on HP and Def high as possible after that crit and dmg?
Reflex is a pretty good set on Aniri. The chance to reduce the cooldown of her A2 may help to keep up usefull buffs (from other champs) for the whole fight.
As healer/reviver, Aniri is not among the best, Scyl will do more for your team if you just need somebody for this job. The main benefit Aniri brings to your team is the buff extension on her A2. Pair Aniri with champs like Mausoleum Mage or Archmage Helmut or Tatura or others with usefull multiple buffs and your team will be buffed for the whole fight.

They can pair together due to Aniri's passive increasing healing effects by 10%, and Scyl's passive which heals your team by 10% of their max HP every turn.
Scyl will need to have Speed/Defense/Accuracy (to land her A2 and A1), and after that I would focus on HP.
I don't think Scyl and Aniri are a good combo. Aniri's passive will increase Scyl's heal from 10% to 11%, that is not worth a spot in your team.
In general dungeon content, Scyl seems more usefull to me. More heal from her passive (each team member vs. one team member from Aniri's A1), Stun vs. waves, decrease tm and decrease speed from her A1.
Aniri is more a champ for some special tasks. In the actual Hydra rotation, without Head of Mischief, buffs on your team are very usefull. Aniri combines some healing and revive with buff extension.
You can also use Aniri in force affinity dungeons (where Scyl has weak affinity) or in DT stages, where you don't want Scyl's tm-reduce and/or buffs from the A1 (like Bommal).
