I've never heard of this issue, what device are you playing on?

Same here, game just freezes . Tried rebooting 2 times. Still didn't help.

I playing on Dell aleinware gaming computer.

This is happening to me as well atm. From  android phone and windows pc. Unable to close any menus opened. From phone I get a error connecting to server message.

Also right before this started I purchased a pack was charged and never recived any of the itmes.

We are aware that Plarium Play users are experiencing difficulties and the CMs have been notified. Hopefully a fix will be released soon so please be patient. Issues consist of purchases not going through/not receiving items, not being able to load into the game, and for those who do get into the game experiencing an inability to really do anything.

I don't think I'm the only one that had this happen tonight now. From the error it looks like raid isn't connecting to Google.

Gonna charge back if it doesn't get fixed before Kymar event is over, and then have to make posts about why I got banned.

Same thing for me (pc), the moment I confirm the purchase it froze. I did not receive anything in the mail, it does not say that I bought anything but I confirmed the purchase? Hope it was canceled and that what is reserved in the account are other purchases. One in my clan bought the 99 cent shard but he didn't get it

Got the same issue on PC. Couldn't close any region with the x in the upper right corner....this lasted for some minutes. After restarting the game, the problem does seem to have disappear
