You could absolutely make a 3v3 team with those. Team 1 would be Arb + Kymar, team 2 would be Kymar + Duchess, both speed nuke teams - and team 3 would be Rhazin/Lydia + Duchess as a go-second resist team. 

Thank you Trips :) I used what I had at the time and focused on the stats that seemed key (resist and defense for Duchess and then general stats for kymar). Obviously, the more speed the better. In your opinion, what should be the target speeds?

In general, to guarantee go-first, you'll want a minimum of 325 speed for the higher gold ranks.

Neither need to be 325.  I run duchess at 260-270 and kymar around 280-290 I think. 

Not sure I can hit those speeds without sacrificing stats, especially for both sets of dupes. Duchess could go up if I drop her resistance. Maybe the next one is high speed and this one is more tanky. 

Either way, will be farming gear for a long time.

To be clear - my numbers were for classic, not for the second speed team in 3v3 (hence the "higher gold ranks" comment).

I  pull  my  shards  -  not  single  Kymar  or  Duchess.

You  pull  your  shards  -  you  end  up  with  dupes  of  both.

It  hurts!

Well  I  guess  all  I  can  do  is  pretend  to  own  them.

If  I  was  to  pull  a  Kymar  magically,  I  think  I  would  need  my  Kymar  to  have  275  SPD.

My  fastest  hero  is  330  SPD

My  second fastest  hero  would  need  to  be  275  SPD  to  remain  speed  tuned  if  I'm  not  mistaken.

So  I  would  need  Kymar  with  275  SPD.

I  am  thinking  4  SPD  or  Divine  SPD  gears  would  be  needed  to  reach  such  speed  stats.

The  next  thing  I  would  want  is  tons  of  ACC  on  my  Kymar.

I  am  thinking  2  Perception  gears.

I  think  my  bottom row  primaries  would  be:

-  Gloves  HP%  or  DEF%

-  Chest  ACC

-  Shoes  SPD

I  think  I  would  aim  for  total  stats  of:

275  SPD

500  ACC

40k  HP

2k  DEF

But,  you  see,  I  have  had  Toragi  before...  I  just  made  grave  mistake...

While  leveling  up  Toragi  (and  a  few  other  epics  from  my  vault,  including  Crimson  Helm)  in  the  Sparring  Pit,  I  used...  I  used... 

Toragi  (and  others)  as  food.

Oh,  The  horror  that  went  through  me  when  I  realised  what  I  had  done  a  week  or  two  later.

And  since  then  I  have  been  on  a  mission,  to  reclaim  what  has  been  lost  (and  Crimson  Helm  would  be  nice,  too  :)    ).

Though  I  guess  some  good  things  have  come  along  with  this  tragedy  along  the  way...
