Looks right to me at least.

10696 x 2 for your XP bonus = 21392

21392/4 for your four champs = 5348XP each. They split the XP with all the champs, even your fully leveled farmer.

bear in mind this game is meant to last into your retirement days, so no rush about anything

The  -3  is  because  shields  sell  for  more.  -6  gives  a  bit  more  experience  but  silvers  more  scarce.  If  not  12-3,  11-3,  10-3  or  whatever.  Gears  usually  common  level  so  not  much  poknt  trying  to  get  gloves  or  whatever  from  the  4  level  in  each  campaign  stage.
