How about our Arbiters actually having Cleanse in their Mentor of Hero skills? Or maybe just maybe showing arbiter being summoned via a void shard since she's a void legendary champ? Being accurate with your advertizing would be a great help getting my friends to play RSL Plarium.....please and thank you byebye!
Not sure why you need cleanse in her A3. Is it not enough already? She's actually considered on of the best champs out there and I seldome hear any rational criticism of her kit.
On the other note I'm confused. It seems like you're implying you'd like Arbiter to be available from shards as well as the missions? Is that what you're saying? She IS. I've never pulled her, but how else do explain the people in tt that have multiple Arbs? You have as much chance to pull Arb from a void as any other void leggo.

I think she's a very good champion as it is. Of course like that she would be stronger but there's not much point making a strong champion, even stronger haha
