Why do cigarettes cost twice as much where I live than other states?

I think this one is largely out of Plarium's control. Putting aside the vagaries of currency exchange rates, I think it's the Play Store that handles those transactions and the currency exchange mechanics.

Pretty much this, I think. been consistent across every microtransaction game I've seen. 

If I understand correctly, from what I have heard, it has to do with international trade agreements.  Plarium set a price, and the affected state charges taxes or tarrifs or something.  Denmark perhaps takes more.  But I do not know for sure.

Hi. We set standardized prices for our packs, however, your stores (Google, Appstore) adjust these prices based on different factors - specifics of payment operations in your countries, your local currencies, current exchange rate etc. We cannot control this aspect. 

cant VPN change that.. so google think you are in another country, where its cheeper ?      just wondering.
