Do  you  have  Vrask  or  Warlord?

Sadly  i  do  not,  i  get  they  are  both  MVP  for  faction  wars,  Warlord  is  more  of  a  pipe  dream  for  f2p  and  vrask....  well  theres  a  chance  but  it  would  take  some  unbelievable  good  luck  or  a  long  time.

my  Demonspawn  squad  is  all  at  50  unascended  with  no  masteries  and  i  was  able  to  take  down  the  second  boss  but  there  is  a  lot  more  control  in  that  team.  My  orcs  are  attack  heavy and  i  find  it  very  unlikely  they  can  do  it.   

I think you are too far away from worrying about FW21, how many factions have you finished?  I would 60 Seer for sure of that group.  My philosophy is to 6star champs that are useful elsewhere and the FW progress will come.  If you are only halfway to Lydia then you have months of unknowns that will land on your roster through shards and fusions.  

Actually  pretty  close,  over  the  next  few  days  i  will  have  finished  all  crypts  except  for  dwarves  and  orcs.  I  can  do  the  dwarf  crypt  once  i  6*  Gala  and  Rockbreaker  and  i  have  the  food  to  do  that.  So  thst  just  leaves  orcs  and  im  struggling  to  get  an  orc  team  that  can  do  it.  

OK, much closer than I thought. lol.  I 6starred everyone I had for my last Faction lol.  Gala is awesome, I was underwhelmed by Rockbreaker (I 60'd but didnt use for 21, so if you have other options I would consider not 6starring RB and save chickens for Orcs)

That team at 60 could actually work.  Seer will nuke the waves, so no worries until boss.  You might just need to do some FW specific builds on the squishy champs.  Build grohak, zargala with more HP/DEF than attack ignore crit.  Borrow lifesteal/immortal gear from other faction champs.  Need a shield set on someone too.  Need to get some buffs up somehow, lol.  Definitely be a manual run.  Grohak TM steal will really help too.

Rockbreaker  is  just  damn  good  for  crown  control,  his  aoe  provoke  has been  clutch  for  getting  through  the  waves.  I  have  two  mountain  kings  so  really  all  i  need  is  survivability  and  thst  one  is  done.  

Both  Tuhak  and  Grohak  have  good  utility  and  tm  control,  if  i  could  get  15  fragments  for  Iron  Brago  it  would  be  done  i  think,  but  they  rarely  if  ever  give  out  fragments  for  past  champs.  Felhound  isnt  going  to  cut  it,  it  really  is  a  shame  that  they  have  allowed  the  older  epics  to  become  obselete.  The  champ  pool  needs  some  balancing  rather  than  just  releasing  new  champs.  some  of  the  new  epics  are  of  legendary  quality  and  it  seems  nuts  that  an  epic  is  more  desirable  than  a  legendary.  I  pulled  Crutraxa  the  other  day,  just  not  worth  building...  she  has  no  place  as  a  void  leggo.  

Incidentally,  you  deffo  dont  need  a  full  team  of  maxed  out  champ  for  FW,  i  completed  Barbs  yesterday  with  2  60,  only  one  with  masteries,  and  3  50's none  of  them  were  ascended  or  had  any  books  or  masteries

Can definitely agree with this. Gearing goes a long, long way. 

Agree with you both.  But some Factions are way more difficult, and some are gimmies (Barbs and High Elves).  And the brute force method of 6starring the full team I find acceptable for the last one :)

Gearing  does  go  along  way  bit  for  some  completing  FW  will  not  happen,  and  if  it  does  it  will  take  way  longer  than  it  would  for  the  lucky  ones.  A  Krisk  and  Duchess  or  a  Siphi  and  some  of  the  harder  crypts  become  trivial...  even  a  Deacon  for  sacred  order...  theres  a  hard  carry  for  ya.  You  can  get  far  with  comps  and  gearing  but  sometimes  you  need  a  specific  skill  from  a  specific  champ  and  they  are  not  always  easy  or  fast  to  get.  

To  give  you  an  idea,  i  am  currently  using  a  Drowned  Bloatwraith  in  my  Undead  Horde  team  as  i  have  never  seen  another  defense  down  champ  in  this  faction.  The  Sethallia  and  Thennasil  waves  were  a  real  pain!  

yep, we make due with what we have, not the champs we're hoping for. I enjoyed my FW21 comp for BL, though Ursala was obviously a huge help.

Thats  a  pretty  strong  team!  Helmut  is  just  bonkers  stunning  everything  and  Lugans  lockout  is  great  too.  My  team  looks  very  similar,  its  actually  my  strongest  FW  team.  Ursula,  Lugan,  Helmut,  Septimus,  Stag  Knight  

Only  Septimus  and  Stag  are  60  in  my  team  though.  The  others  do  just  fine  at  50
