That happens quite often to me. The "new" artifact is not shown with the "just new" filter. You could try to scroll through all your jewlery and klick on all pieces with the red dot manually, without any filter. That allways helped when I had the persistent red dot so far.

I have red dots on the gear that is level 16 and doesn't go away after 20 times clicking on it.  I'll go through all new gear and it clears for a day or two, then i log in one day and the same pieces are back.  Right now it's been fairly clear.

One thing the OP might want to check is include equiped items and look again.  Yes, I sometimes even have red dot on equiped level 16 items.  So it might be hiding there.  Then you can click on it and see if that clears it.

YES!! Equipped List is the Answer!!  Thank you thank you.  One pesky one that was lit up, now turned off.

Now I've just got a new rare champ, Ordinator, and every time I go to the main page it's red dotting him in the index no matter hoe often I view him................

Yes the old new champ red dot....what I have found with the new champs is to just upgrade them one level that seems to turn off the dot.
