I don't think so.  But you can just make a new account and ignore/forget the current one.

So the game numbers get padded with lots of dead accounts. Corps get lumbered with the job of figuring out who's left and kicking them.

I know, the idea was not to change email addresses but simply delete and you were left with the email address, that's why I say that the delete option was good

Ok, so this might work.  Change your current account email to a fake email.  This works. It's how people make second account.  Then create new account with real email.

Yes!  Or you could just force people that want to quit or make new accounts to keep playing.  Oh wait.  I guess you couldn't force them.

It's Plarium's issue to deal with dead accounts, not players.

Eventually these accounts fall out of the arena pages, but they do float down through SIlver and then Bronze usually. It seemed to me that part of the positive matchmaking changes is that folks in SIlver and Bronze only fight people around their similar account power. Sure, that means you COULD delete champs to manipulate your mathcups slighty for a short period, but overall that is harmful for your account. What it really means is that a person with account power of 300k is never seing my 4mil account, even if I stop playing for 3 months and fall into Bronze.
