You could invest in a Dark elhain to counter tormin defenses. Your team seems to be well built in general. But yeah it's pretty hard to compete in the speed race without arbiter. Maybe try a go second comp ?  

like achak, uugo, dmg dealer and maybe seth? or would I need a provoke like volgoth or visix?

Golden  Reaper  -->  Sachi  -->  Deacon  -->  Big  Un

will have a play a round with that, what spds should sachi and deacon have, I know reaper with as much as possible and sachi around 300 mark but will be hard as he needs 100% crit, dont have that kind of gear :p and big un over Rae for the damage?

You  want  your  fastest hero  to  be  Golden  Reaper.

Your  Golden  Reaper  will  probably  be  over  300.

The  hero  going  2nd  (Sachi)  will  only  need  to  have  enough  speed  to  be  in  range  of  Golden  Reaper  turn  boosting  move.

You  Sachi  shouldn't need  300  speed  to  be  honest.

I  think  the  Speed  for  your  Sachi  might  be  around  255  to  265.

If  you  want  the  true  Speed  amounts  for  Sachi,  you  will  need  to  tell  me  what  your  final  speed  on  Golden  Reaper  is.

Than  I  can  input  the  Speed  amounts  into  an  Arena  Calculator.

In  order  to  get  the  100%  C.Rate  for  Sachi,  I  would  wear  C.Rate  gloves  on  her.

It  is  important that  you  get  her  to  100%  C.Rate  so  she  gives  the  rest  of  your  team  more  Turn  Meter.

Your  remaining heroes  will  not  need  to  be  super  fast  because Golden  Reaper  +  Saxhi  will  be  providing  Turn  Meter  for  them.

my golden reaper would only have 304 spd compared to my deacon who has 306 because of the banner got lucky for deacon with triple spd roll of 22 and reaper only has double roll of 13spd, would I be replacing reaper with arbiter?

The  problem  is  you  don't want  Deacon  with  300+  Speed.

You  want  Deacon  with  700+  ACC  to  land  his  Debuff.

It  is  extremely  difficult to  get  a  hero  with  700+  ACC  moving  at  300+  SPD

It  is  due  to  the  Set  Bonuses.

If  Deacon  is  wearing  6  SPD  sets,  He  will  be  faster,  but  he  will  not  have  enough  ACC  as  a  Deacon  wearing  6  ACC  or  Perception  sets.

What  you  want  is  Deacon  to  be  medium  speed  so  you  can  add  more  ACC  on  him.

In  addition,  Golden  Reaper  &  Arbiter  do  different functions.

Golden  Reaper  does  Increase  SPD  Buff

Arbiter  does  increased  ATK  Buff.

300+ speed/250+ accuracy on Deacon (if we go Deacon alone) should be more than sufficient in Gold 3 and at least some of Gold 4, even with the ratcheted up difficulty in the past two weeks. 

I'm with you on this. The only champs I have even at 600+ Accuracy are Maulie for Provokes and Madame for Buff strips. I switch these two back forth depending on the team I am facing in G4/Plat.

Outside of the potential overkill aspect, I think 600+ accuracy (let alone 700+) even with all the masteries/great hall is also gonna put a ton of pressure on the rest of gearing for most players, I think. You're going to be stripping your best perception and probably get beat up a little in Clan boss/3v3/dungeons because of it. 

deacon was fine for gold v with 306 spd got my arbiter now but I only faced people without arbiter to gain points, now I have arbiter would my comp be Arbiter -> seph ->deacon -> big un or would I replace seph with farakhin/reaper farakhin would go third ofc and seph for aoe boost and get rid of shields or revives and I have godseeker aniri now would she be in this comp although iam using her for cb
