No matter what level they're booked to, abyssal and apothecary and probably others only do level 1 heals. This has been going on for at least a month and I've brought it up several times. Continues after last update https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/.
My spihi heals just fine and it changes with godseeker paired with her
Can you you post some screens? How do you know they are doing heals without counting skill upgrades?
And where have you brought it up? Discord? Support tickets? This your first thread on the forums.

I have seen this EXACT post relatively recently.
Apothecary can crit heal, he needs to be as close to 100% crit rate as possible. He heals 35% of the targets MAX HP or 52.5% of their MAX HP when it crits, unbooked.
Soothing Chant (Cooldown: 3 turns)
Heals a target ally by 35% HP. This Heal can be critical.
Level 2: Heal +5%
Level 3: Heal +5%
Level 4: Heal +5%
Level 5: Cooldown -1
Healing Multiplier: 35% HP (Non-Critical), 52.5% HP (Critical)

Each skill level up (+5% Heal) is counted as multiplicative NOT additive.
Apothecary’s total heal skill is not 35% + 15% = 50% but 35% x 115% = 40.25% for non-critical, and 52.5% x 115% = 60.375% for critical.

I didn't get Apo till I had others so never really used him. He is on my HE team but I never really paid attention. I always presumed his healing on a crit scaled with crit damage. Is this not correct? It's just always 52.5% regardless of crit damage?

His heal is the same regardless of crit damage yes.

I thought so as well until the last post using nearly the exact same wording was posted a week or two ago. It does not scale with C. Damage.
