Don't worry about a accuracy banner, use any banner with a speed substat. All you need for all of hk is speed over anything else.

What bracket are you in at the moment?  You are definately on the right track.  Just keep pushing speed into HK and make sure the team goes in the right sequence: HK turn meter boost --> Seeker increase attack and turn meter boost again --> Zargala decrease defense --> Kael nuke.  

is there a reason you're using zargala as your def down? even with sniper mastery, there's still a 20% chance her debuff won't proc and i know you have both tayrel and stag knight as alternatives

The easiest way to get more speed is, using 6* boots at lvl 16, you get 45 speed compared to 30 (?) from lvl 12. Your actual boots are from the perception set, so maybe you don't want to upgrade the piece of gear you want to change. But maybe you can swap with another champ on your roster.

Your Khatun definetly needs more speed, 208 is to slow for a speed lead in arena.

Do you use the Lore of Steel mastery on her? Another bonus to speed.  /edit: Yes, you have Lore of Steel, as I can see from your pic, +4 from masteries.

I think you need more speed substats on your items. Just the set-bonus is not fast enough.
