I got the fayne package, still don't know about the 5 sacred package

As far as I know, the original QR code (for mobiles only) also included energy packs. 

Some people have been able to get 5 sacred shards with a promo code. 

All of this has been cancelled already.

Is there a statement from Plarium, how this unfair solution will be solved? Either way give the free sacred shards to every player or none. restricting free rewards to mobile only or to PC only is just a bad policy.

They  need  to  just  give  the  five  shards  to  us  because  Its  on  them  for  there  mistake  i  understand  Its  a  big  lose for  money  on  them  but  think  about  the  praise  you  will  get  for  the  five  shards  i  mean  i  do  love  the  game  but id  Love  it  more  for  the  shards

the people who were able to collect the 5 sacreds etc could claim that pack 4 times so ended up with 20 sacreds 20 mil silver 4000 power 4 lego books

Yes  if  this  is  real  then  they  must  make  it  right  and  im  not  just  saying  this  because  im  free  to  play  but  because  this  is unethical  on  there  part   because  its  robbing  me  and  my  fellow  players  of  our  chances  and time  played  in  the  game  we  should  have  this  just  like  them  players  who  figured  the  code  or  issue  out  

i had a good offer today and got 5 for 40usd.. so i will like 5 for free to then.

This one I can confirm is not real. Someone in the RSL discord made it.

So they cheated, figured out a bogus promo link meant for internal Plarium use and was closed as soonas Plarium discovered it, therefore you should be able to cheat too?

No  we  dont /shouldnt  cheat  but  still  alittle  upsetting  to  be  honest  

I can understand being upset, heck I'm upset. But Plarium did nothing wrong in this case. As Quinn said it was never intended for public use. 

Then how about we let Plarium come back into work (since it is like 2 or 3am for them) and see what they have to say about people who took advantage of the problem?

Instead of being grateful for a free epic champion and accompanying stuff, everyone here and on discord are pissed they also couldn't take advantage of a hack? It's absolutely ludicrous and seems quite entitled.

I  understand  of  course  they  will  have  something  speical  for  the  workers  in  the  game  i  can  say  i  saw  that  coming  hackers  kill  me  

My guess is they can rollback those accounts that used that code, but idk if its a TOS violation or not.

Either way, we didn't get robbed of anything... some "stole" from plarium, oh well.  Even if you feel exploiting a temporary glitch is fair game, to expect compensation now is ridiculous.

It is a violation of ToS, actually. Let me see if Harbs or I can link that specific section.

Plarium likely considers the reverse engineered QR code to fall under this category. It was never released to the public, it was never intended for Public use.
