You don't need a cheese comp to beat bommel on Normal, it's all about damage for bommel 10. Quinn has made many posts and comments about f2p friendly log in reward champions that can handle the fight. None of her teams are in amazing gear, some have masteries some don't, some are partially booked while the others aren't booked.
Post your roster and lets see the stats of your current team.
I don't play with them anymore so the equipment isn't great and I did not unlock all the mastery
2 60 champs?
Your last concern should be DT.
It has been 2 months since Bommel was last in the DT and if in 2 months you still only have 2 champs at 60, then you should not even be trying DT IMO/

Surely you have enough level 60's to do this now? for level 10 i didnt even switch out of my speed floor clearing team, the first boss has about 3 hitpoints...it took 7 turns to do the floor i think.
Free champs that help at Bommal:
Do not use High Khatun's A2 in the first turn of the fight. Bommal will remove all buffs from your team and set bomb debuffs for each buff removed at the start. Wait until he did this, so his skill is in cooldown. Don't use High Khatun's A3 at all (turnmeter reduction).
Do not use Ninja's burning skill if any Dread Bombs are active. Hp burn will speed up their explosion and as the hp burn skill hits at random you can't control if it hits the minions. If Dread Bombs are active, use them as target for the freeze attack. Don't target the boss for extra damage, freeze the bombs.
Bring this two champions along with any 3 random champs that meet the following requirements: No tm reduction (including evil eye masterie!), no automatic buffs you can't control and that are active before he uses his buff removing skill. The latter includes divine and shield sets, that don't help vs. bombs at all and are totally useless in this fight.
Don't use any buffs on your team until his buff removing skill is in cooldown.
Optional: Bring a champ with decrease atk debuff. The bomb damage (debuff bombs, not minions) depends on his atk. One bomb in return for 50% less damage on all debuff bombs is a good deal.
