No clue on how to improve CB (UNM) damage

Currently fluctuating between 14 mill to 17 mill, I think i hit 21 mill once or twice which basically means the range is very large for some reasons.

Currently running a counter attack team with Skullcrusher, Ninja, Frozen Banshee, Iron Brago and Tayrel

Speeds:

1. Tayrel comes in first with 189 (DEF: 3.7k)

2. Frozen Banshee with 185 (DEF: 2.8k)

3. Ninja with 181 (DEF: 2k)

4. Skullcrusher with 179 (DEF: 3.8k)

5. Brago last with 175 (DEF: 4k)

any tips on how to take the damage to the next level would be helpful maybe I am doing something wrong with the speeds or maybe I should increase the defence?

I do not have Rhazin which I know could maybe help if I replace Ninja with him

Can you post stats for all five champions so we can get a complete picture of what's going on with your comp, and maybe your current roster as well. Tough to say too much without seeing everything you have going on.

How many turns are you lasting, too, on average?

I would say between 22-28 turns

the stun target is tayrel, he is also the leader

On top of the above, we can definitely find a lot more damage even in this specific comp by crit rate capping and finding more crit damage for your champs. (especially DPS) The good news is that means there is a ton of room for this comp to grow.

Just an example of "staying alive" strategy. Obviously some S tier legos and the affinity CB superstar geo.  But this is against magic affinity.  No poison and not unkillable and all last into round 40 something with the last dying at 50.

Dave is right, I'm having trouble with the cropping, but we want those crit rates at 100%. You can add SO MUCH damage just critting every single hit.

One  thing  which  makes  me  mildly nerves  is  your  ACC  amounts.

I,  personally,  feel  like  250  ACC  should be  your  minimum amount.

Skullcrusher  doesn't need  ACC,  but  I  would  prefer  if  the  other  4  heroes in  the  team  had  at  least  250+  ACC.

agree with J on ACC, if you miss on atk down u wiped.... as for CR, that would be a concern only after DEF and HP.  This is not an unkillable comp, you need to stay alive to do damage.

Why not all? The target should be hitting all five metrics: Speeds, then Accuracy for your debuffers, Defense, HP, and Crit to get your damage pumping.

Having Iron Brago at 49% crit rate/97% crit damage given how hard he hits (and with this being a CA comp) is absolutely kneecapping the damage here. I'm fine with FroBan being just there for the debuffs but Brago should have crit cap + at least 160-170% crit damage here to maximize his output. His accuracy is a lot less important in this comp because we already have Tayrel as attack down.

Ninja is obviously going to be a bit tougher because you want to land the HP burn, but I also prefer boosting his damage.

There's also an argument to be made that you can lower the defense on Tayrel/Skullcrusher a bit because of Brago's aura.

edit: also +1 to what harle said. hitting these stat thresholds adds up to a lot. in the end it looks like the biggest issue(s) with this comp.

Well sure, but that is the problem with half the advice on the forum.  Us "veterans" lack a bit of perspective of what gear limitations the OP has.  If the OP is only 4-keying part of the issue is just available gear.  Kind of like when I post an example with Warlord and Martyr,... lol

Hi, fairly new to the game and working my way through.  I'm working on my CB team and have  question based on the comments above - how does one determine the 'stun target'?

I'm sure this is a dumb question but would appreciate some help

Thanks

Why don't you post your team in a new thread if you'd like help, and we'll give it a shot? :)

Basically there are a lot of factors that go into who becomes the stun target, here's some top ones:

1) Weak Affinity

1B) Amount of defensive buffs on a champ (to include the Steadfast mastery)

2) Champ in the Aura/Lead Slot

2B) Champ with High HP and low Def

3) Champ with highest TM (going next)
