That would be good. I would also like to see fragments for incomplete champions available in the market for gems. We can derive a reasonable gem price for the fragments from the cost of shards in the gem shop and the drop rate from the shards. For instance 11 ancient shards cost 900 gems and it takes 200 shards to guarantee a legendary. That's about 160 gems per fragment for a legendary, an epic would be about 10 gems per fragment.

My quote button is not available for the op fml.  Any who; there would certainly be an exchange rate, e.g. 5 or 10 frags for 1 frag of your choice ( if not 25 per 1).  The other issue I see is it would make it harder for some players to get the original frag completed b/c whales woud be intent on getting those extra tourny frags instead of just getting what they need.  I.e. the extra frags have no value to most players who can get what they need w/o placing, this would make it so that they are even more competitive.

And I guess the other thing, is that it demotivates me from trying to get to 100 frags during the event.  I mean, If all I need to do is get 85 or 95 frags, then just trade in other frags, why really compete?

$20 for 10 frags is ridiculous. I understand how this would demotivate folks to not go all in for 100 frags @Angwill. It would be nice if we could trade them at 5:1 or 10:1 ratio and potentially buy them with gems.
