I want to create a counterattack line-up but Skullcrusher and martyr is difficult to have for my team because the others are not applicable with what I want to do, if it was a rare champion it would be good without a shield

Never. The developers are on record saying that they regret ever having introduced AOE counterattack buffs at all, so they're not going to be adding any more champions with that ability. But Skullcrusher is an epic, so most people end up getting him eventually.
Why don't you just tell the devs exactly what you want, then wait for it?
