Suggestion: have overflow crit % provide some benefit
Of all of the substats, crit % is the only one that has a hard cap. This is especially problematic for the 6* crit % gloves, which provide 80% crit rate. Champs have a base crit % of 15%, which means these gloves bring them up to 95% on their own. You'll almost always have more crit % from other items, which means running 6* crit % gloves is almost never providing all the bang for the buck.
I'd suggest some form of flat damage bonus for crit % exceeding 100%. I don't know what the right scaling of this would be - off the top of my head I'd think something like 1% more damage per 10% crit% over 100%. But something would be nice.
