so you implement the clan quests. Fair enough. 

Levels 1 to 4 get 30 weekly clan quests. 

10 basic quests

10 expert quests

10 elite quests

But for the elite quests the clan needs to be level 5.

So only 20 quests in total for level 1 to 4.

In the news it says: "Every 30 Clan Quests your Clan completes will earn the Clan some Clan XP".

So is it intended that the first 5 levels can only be done by the achievements and afterwards you get XP for quests?

Or is it a mistake?

Or did we just have bad luck and could also have received 30 quests in any other ratio, maybe even 30 basic quests?

My money is on either intended or a bug i must admit.
