I have been playing about a month and the keeps where I desperately need to get the potions keep changing their timers. At first, one was open for a few hours but now they're all closed. One says 6 hrs or whatever right now and the rest say next <pick a weekday> The 6 hr one should change to next whatever any time now. Outside of the arcane, none of the others have been open in all my time here. Are they bugged?
Each of the keeps is open for 24 hours, and the reset timer is at midnight GMT. You should always have at least one of the four open (void, magic, force, spirit), along with the arcane keep which is always open.
Maybe post a screenshot of what you see, so we can help point it out more clearly?

It is working as intended. You can force open it by paying gems, if I remember it correctly, 300 gems for void keep and 200 gems for the others. Not advisable to pay gems though.

The yellow timer tells you that it is open and you have that time left before it closes.

You don't have to wait for "next time". As your second pic shows, Force Keep is open right now. Tuesday is Force Keep day.
