Not levelled him or seen the multipliers yet, but if they are good it will be savage and perception most likely.

It really depends on what you want him to do, if you want to use him for his CC, I'd try to run full perception with 100% crit and as much attack%/Cdmg you can squeeze in alongside the accuracy you'll need. 

I built him to test on dungeon waves but figured I should try him in g4. He was killing almost everything with his stats at:

Attack - 3,799

Crit% - 83%

Crit dmg - 202%

Acc - 304

That was how I built him first, right now I'm ignoring acc and just going for pure damage. Speed and savage is my preffered. 

Ayumi has his multiplier listed as 3 x attack which is pretty low for his A3

Not sure whether to believe it now.

I  would  just  build  him  for  his  debuffs  and  a  bit  of  damage.

I  havent  built  him  yet  but  he  would  probably  have  Accuracy,  Speed,  Attack,  HP,  and  Crit.  Rate.  Depends  where  you  are  using  him  though.

Even  for  Arena  you  could  build  him  to  Crowd  Control  or  to  smack.
