I think that is what they have aluded to, though I may have only heard conjecture from others... guessing we will know soon, with ninja released I'd imagine the faction should open very soon?

The  game already  answered  this  question  few  months  ago  in  an  interview.

When  Shadowkin  Faction  release,  Lydia  points  will  change.

Cirilla (General  Manager) gave  a  direct  response.

A  player  told  Cirilla will  Lydia  star  number  change  when  Shadowkin  is  released.

Cirilla  gave  a  point  blank  answer:  YES

Thier  is  no  clarification error  or  misunderstanding.

Lydia  star  amount  will  change  from  819 to  882.

The  Game  wants Lydia  to  be  the  end  reward  for  All  Faction  War  Crypts.

Cirilla,  has  1  of  General  Managers  representing  the  game,  told  players  what  will  happen.

This  is  why  players  have  tried  rushing  to  finish  Faction  Wars  before  the  change  to  Lydia.

They  told  players  we  had  few  months  to  get  Lydia  before  change.

The  few  months  have  pasted  -  The  release  of  new  Shadowkin  Faction  is  probably near.
