The answer you got the last times opnening a thread like this didn't change. The loot is random. If you do enough damage to get the best chest from the CB, nothing else will influence your drop. Killing the CB will increase the quantity of your drop, as you get 2 chests, but not the quality. It's random. Do you understand the meaning of the word random?
