Valk for counterattack for sure.

Frozen  Banshee  is  a  probable  must.  Aothar  isn't  bad  too,  though  I  wouldn't  put  him  in  if  I  had  other  choices.  For  the  next  slot  Rhazin  or  Hurndig  seem  to  be  the  best  for  Defense  Down  and  Weaken,  but  you  might  miss  out  on  other  content  than.  Do  you  have  a  Fayne  or  more  Poison  like  a  Gravechill  or  maybe  a  Rugnor?  (though  I  am  not  sure  if  he  will  work).  Otherwise  maybe  Valkyrie  for  the  last  slot  if  she  will  still  work  in  other  areas  for  you  with  the  Speed  and  such.

Dont hve rugnor but i do have gravechill, maybe ill give at a shot

Also thought about using seeker, i saw a few videos with this warcaster-tower-seeker comp

I guess i will try rhaz valk and frozen banshee, and i'll also try to replace valk for a seeker, so i can make everything fast enough to avoid the stun

I would go with what you suggested.  Rhazin for dec def/weaken is super important as the Tower and Warcaster would do barely any damage without that.  Frozen Banshee is outstanding with counter attack.  Poison sensitivity on turn one and then with 2 turns and 2 counter attacks the debuff bar will fill to the max of 10.

but are you sure that geo mancers reflect damage will work with the block damage instead of unkillable? and i didnt look at aox yet, will do :)

Watch YT Video made by DWJ and Skratchak47  on the Roshcard UK, you got all  the elemets among Warcaster, I think there is to varations of this Unkillable one with CA lie VAlk and the other without.
