I'm assuming you're comparing Armiger A2 to Coldheart A3, in which case the explanation is likely that Coldheart scales off of 10% of the enemy max HP, while Armiger scales off of 5%. There's an atk/def component as well of course, but against bosses with high HP, the higher HP scaling will probably win. On the other hand, against an enemy with low HP, your Armiger may end up hitting harder, depending on their respective atk/def stats.
Sooooo... upped some stats slightly and knocked his total, power over 30,000 .... and now Ive seen him hit for 165k ish damage on a few occasions.... 😂 job done i think
If you're building him for Spider, the only stats which matter are Crit Rate, Crit Damage, and Speed. Your defense is *way* too high for an effective nuke build.
Admittedly I'm looking at it more from the perspective of an OTK team so - fair, if you're using Armiger for TM on Spider, then yeah you'll need accuracy as well.
Given that his attacks also scale off of defense i think the high def is worthwhile! Not too worried about accuracy but he seems to reduce turnmeter every a1 at the moment... plus I have Scyl in the team for that.

His attack may scale off of defence, but the reason he is able to hit so hard on Spider is because his A2 scales off of Max HP. And that scales *way* more effectively than anything else. Honestly, ATK/DEF are 100% pointless for Armiger, Royal Guard, and other, similar champs - at least for Spider, that is.
