Hi guys
I'm stucked with a Mission:
"Equip 2 champions with 6 artifacts of level 12 or higher"
and a Challenge:
"Equip 4 champions with 3* or higher Artifacts Sets of level 8 or higher"
I have champions equiped with epic or legend. lvl16 and still it doesn't register it
is it a bug? or bug me?

With a lot of the missons and challenges, what you did before those ones became "live" doesn't count, only actions you have done since they went "live" counts.
Got a mission I'm trying to do, 1 sup pot from lvl 10 or up in the void keep, got plenty of them from 10 and up in the past, but they don't count as that mission wasn't "live" then.
Can you share screenshots of the champions who you think meet the requirements? Usually people who have problems with the missons/challenges are overlooking something - not all items have the required level, or they don't have the right number of stars, and so on.
This is one of them, I have more Champions, similar upgrades, still neither the Mission or the Challenge recognize them.

The challenge clearly states "three 3* or higher sets". Your picture shows only one set, with another 3/4 complete - which still won't be sufficient.
Item sets can be either two or four items to get the bonus. For that mission, you need three sets of two items.
As for the mission, it asks for six artifacts of level 12 or higher, and your screenshot has none.
