Have any of you figured out why the custom AI sometimes doesn't work during multibattles?  I have the team selected and it works if I do a single battle but every time I do an auto-battle it goes back to the regular AI.  I wasted about 8 multibattles (and the corresponding energy) trying to figure out why it wasn't working.  Obviously, the auto-clicker folks wouldn't need to worry about it but I've never used autofarmers in any game I've ever played.
