When theres 10x chance for shadowkin event, pulling epic orc Tuhak is no big deal, just bad luck. Pulling 2x Tuhaks from 13 shards is a joke. A bad one.
You want me to believe that from all the void epics in a game, I pulled the same one twice in the range of 13 shards? Not to mention the 10x chances are active for totally different faction?
This joke is not even funny, fix the game or stop lying to people.

you just had a bad RNG, which is nothing new for lots of players, with 13 shards your chances of getting a Lego or even an epic you might want is pretty slim, just keep pulling on 2x events and you will have good luck at some point. All the Best

Agreed. Bad RNG is not new. Good RNG is extremely new and rare.
This is why it is useless to assign "odds" to anything in this game. They mean nothing! And nobody can possibly know if they are working correctly since they are outside the realm of any one account.
Did you know, that there once was a man who was hit by lightning seven times? It's true.
And if a man can get hit by lightning seven times over, then you can pull the same epic orc twice from 13 shards without there being anything spooky at play.
At least you didn't get hit by lightning.
Well the odds that the next epic is another Tuhak is 1 in 57 (37 void epics plus 10 extra Oboro and 10 extra Genbo due to the 10x). That's acutally higher odds than a legendary.
