Hello @horsemen
you are doing great, once you reached lvl 10 in one of the accuracies, i would advise you to give HP, and C.Damage some love till 4 or 5, this will help you clear Dungeons faster and with less risk.

Didn't Player J's ever so famous great hall guide say res after acc?

Yes, Resist after ACC is what I recommend in my guide.
It is the general path I would go down.
The only time I wouldn't go down general path is if their was a compelling reason to deviate from the general path to beat certain content.

Thank you for the encouragement. As you realize there are a mountain of opinions on how to do the GH. As far as level goals, I think I will follow the missions that state some goals to achieve, like the one I am doing. My champs and therefore their affinities keep changing as I progress, so I am hoping to level up all affinities as I go so that will take longer. Yes, I am dedicated to following the ACC path, at L6 I will have the equivalent of one ACC or Perception set boost (40) on each of my champs. L10 is way down the road. A lot depends on how long I can hang in G4.
As far as what comes after ACC, who knows what the game will look like by then, but in lieu of anything else, I was going to follow the Player J scheme, where Resist comes after ACC.
But if a mission says to go and do ATK, for example, that would be a temporary diversion.
It also helps that I made my Athel a 6*, that made a world of difference, like I can even do some Doom Tower floors.
Hello @horsemen
if you wanna do Resistence after Acc, go ahead , I see no point on focusing on Resistance in the current Meta, where 800 Resistance coud be stripped with 500 Acc madam and Yoshi the Drunkend (Talking about Platinum Arana in particualar).
Generally speaking, you can do the Resistance till level 5 to help you reach the resistance required for bosses in Doom Tower, but, C.Damage still the priority to go after Acc.

No telling what champs will exist by then and which ones I will run into. I can't go running one way or another based on one champ, and as far as what I will get, who knows? I am definitely not a Lego person, I do not have nearly enough shards to make any headway and I do not do fusions at this point. So you comments are well intentioned but way way over my head atm.
I cannot possibly know the real world impact of any of that GH stuff right now, only time will give me the advantage to appreciate things better. As I hear it the cdmg is not important until you have high crit rate, and really none of my stats are within the realm of anything momentous.
So it will not help me as a beginner to be giving end game advice which I cannot neither understand nor implement.

Getting 100% crit rate isn't very hard. You need your gloves to be crit rate main stat upgraded to level 16 then you just need a couple crit rate substats on anything.

I am going to disagree, and vote RESIST over CD.
.
.
Why?
are you a plat Player , do you have any justification for your openion??
Alpha H
No, not in Platinum. Probably never will be. The OP certainly is not, nor ever will be lol. If the argument for CD over resist is for Platinum arena, that pretty much invalidates any merit :) certainly in terms of advice for a new player or 99% of players for that matter. The OP likely has one champ where CD is important. Resistance will assist entire team in both dungeon and dt progress. For early game neither really helps much, for late game i would definitely rather have maxed res (i do) than maxed CD (not yet). Leaning hp/def over CD. Atk will definitely be last.

The difficult part for me is getting crit damage gloves on, while keeping crit rate at 100 and speed ok, i manage it fine on champs like coldheart that have a crit bonus on their attacks but struggled with others such as mountain king.
Glad great hall is progressing horseman.
Crit damage nets better retruns early on than Resistance , as Alpha said , pushing resistance enough to reach DT requirements is good enough, WIth crit damage and the right builds fights can be made much shorter ( no matter what content you tackle ) That said i'd build defense on key champions before either resistance or crit damage.
Personally, after accuracy I like the idea of just getting everything up to level 3. It provides an immediate across-the-board benefit and allows you to tune with your gear a bit easier. After that, aura and banner can cover some stats better than others so things start to get more player specific (what champs do you have, what areas of the game do you want to focus, etc).

The Player J order based on his Guide: https://plarium.com/forum/en/raid-shadow-legends/673_guides-and-tutorials/192014_great-hall-guide-for-beginners-to-expert/
ACC>RESIST>DEFENSE>HP>ATK>CDMG
When that was written I do not think the DT was in effect, but all his explanations are detailed and have been long defended. But anyone is free to do anything based on their own logic.
In terms of set bonuses though, it's still the most efficient use. Acc/res gives you +80 when fully upgraded, which equals 2 full set bonuses. Compare that to e.g. def which gives you +20% when fully upgraded, which equals 1.33... set bonuses from a defense set. Investing in acc/res can let you get better stats overall by freeing up slots that you'd otherwise have to spend on res/acc gear. The only real drawback is if acc/res is not important to you, for example on champions that have no status effects on their skills which makes accuracy redundant, or if you absolutely need to max out another stat.
I am still finishing up my last affinity to L5 GH. L5 is giving me +30 ACC. On its own that is not making a huge difference in my performance. L6 will give me +40 which is equivalent to an artifact set, so I expect some more help from that. It will take 300 medals to get a L6 bonus, winning 75 battles. My ability to keep doing that in the current state of the arena, remaining in G4 battling low power teams is an open question.
My roster is pretty much divided across all affinities and champ types, so at the moment I am not focussed on any one champ to level up. I keep getting new ones all the time so I like having the stats laying in wait for any new champ coming along.
I have not yet seen the next GH milestone to achieve after this one, so that might steer me off on another tangent.
