Dealing with critical hits in UNM

Hey all,

Solidly into two-key UNM territory now. The one thing which is curtailing my progress, though, is critical hits ending my runs early.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on dealing with them, beyond the obvious "just get better gear".

My lineup, in turn order from first to last, is Corpse Collector, Vizier Ovelis, Rhazin Scarhide, Underpriest Brogni, and Martyr (lead). Speed tune is set to kick in after the first stun, at which point Martyr uses A3 on turn one of the rotation, and Brogni uses A3 on turn three of the rotation.

At some point in the distant future I may consider dropping Vizier in favour of someone else, but for the time being he just gives me such a high degree of consistency that it's hard to see anyone being worthwhile to replace him with.

Gonna bump this once. Hoping there's at least some ideas beyond just improving the overall gear until I can handle the spikes.
