Pretty typical of you, throw the players a bone so you can say "we're working on it", then let the issue fade into the wind.

You also talk of QoL improvements the last few updates. QoL improvements would be to reduce the ridiculous amount of log-in time needed to truly advance and accomplish daily tasks. Why does a level 75+ player need to fight in campaign every day? That's just one of the many ridiculous things that eats up time unnecessarily. Stop using QoL as a buzzword and do some real QoL improvements.
