This operation does seem to take awhile since the reach of the tournament across the player community muat be large, and it takes time to gather the latest data.  I would suggest that you minimize other programs you may have running, also the settings you use in raid could probably be reduced (graphics, frame speed, etc).

Mine probably takes about 10 sec which seems like a long time to wait compared to other game activities. If you contact support they may want to know more about your device in terms of specs.
