Armiger and Alure are enough through 100 Hard.

I run without speed lead since I never built HK:

MM (Valk obviously better)

Apo (HK is better for sure here  -- does your HK have enough acc to land dec speed)

Stag (Destroy, not required but 2 in destroy reduces the rng required -- the dec def helps speed up run, plus dec speed since I don't use HK)

Alure

Armiger (destroy)

What are speeds of team?  Valk doesn't need the shield extension it is 100% uptime, or am I wrong?

Who is in destroy?  I wouldn't build 3 armigers, but I have two at 60.  I believe some use Scyl as well even though weak affinity.

actually i just tried it again now 5 time in a row and the last 1 was good :)

but i might have some trouble beating lvl 100 or something..

any way their speed is around: 220 for val, HK and alure, 190 for sandlashed and only 154 for armiger :(

Getting to 100 is more difficult than beating 100.  I still think dropping sandlashed makes sense as she doesn't bring anything helpful to the fight.
