In the normal Chat we get messages when someone has upgraded an item to lvl 16, gets a legendary or has uplvld a champion. Can´t we get such messages in the clanchat too when a clanmember reaches an archievement? :)

That kind of massages should only be in Clanchat. I'm really not interested, if Player12345 upgraded his epic amulet to 5* or not.
I feel that the "you summoned a legendary champion" would be cool, but I don't really think "you upgraded an item to level 16" is very useful

Why do I have to verify my phone number in your discord channel, if I don't even use my phone? I use discord on my desktop PC.
I don't have to give my phone number to you to install and play Raid, I don't have to do it to register here in the forum. Why on Discord? For what reason do you need my phone number, wtf?

This is a moderation setting of the discord server and it's necessary for limiting the number of trolls and spammers that just join the server to cause trouble.
You don't have to worry about the phone number being shared anywhere.
