Ah, I see that. And for champs with the same ascension, level and rarity it looks like HP is the ranking factor. Thanks for responding so quickly. Appreciated.

I have a bunch of 4* fully ascended rares but cannot verify the HP order factor you mention .

I observed in my champion roster that the champions affinity comes along in sorting them. Void, Force, Magic, Spirit in that order.

1. Ascension 2. Champion Level 3. Rarity 4. Affinity

Inside the same affinity neither power rating, nor role (attack, support, def, hp), nore their name in alphabetical order seem to have any influence. I have three spirit epics lvl 60 fully ascended, Vogoth (hp), Deacon Armstrong (support, highest power rating of them), Occult Brawler (hp). They are in my roster in the order I wrote them down here, Deacon Armstrong with the higest power rating and alphabetical first as support champ between the two hp-champs. No idea what is the next step in sorting them, but affinity clearly has influence on it.

I believe y'all have the first two flipped; champions are sorted by level first, then ascension, then rarity, then affinity. After that though, i'm as lost as the rest of you. Going through my collection, i've eliminated champion power, every individual stat, alphebetical order, date aquired on your account, date the champion was added to the game's roster, auras, role, and faction along with anything variable like artifacts or masteries since the order never changes. Unfortunately, i'm not quite sure what that leaves.

No, ascension comes before level. My Sandlashed Survivor, fully ascended to six stars, lvl 34, epic, is sorted before lvl 50 champs that are ascended to five stars.

that's done based on rank, not ascension level (which tbf, i did still totally forget to include earlier). a rank 6 will be put before a rank 5, even if they're level 1 and 50 respectively, but my doompriest (rank 5, level 50, unascended) still comes before my umbral enchantress (rank 5, level 49, ascended to 5 stars).

You are right, it's rank, not ascension level taken first to sort them. What indeed has some logic in "sort by rank".

Anyone from Plarium want to chime in? I'm stumped as well. 

Perhaps it's based on popularity? On eye colour? On the amount of skin shown? (In Warmaiden's case, that would make sense.) On the amount of vowels in the Ogryn spelling of their names?

Seriously, if Cirilla or BananaJam or someone could take a second to look into this, we'd be most appreciative. Something so simple that's turned out to be so obtuse and obscure. Bated breath on this end...

We're talking about sorting by rank, not by affinity. Yes, voids come first when sorting that way.

And  by  order  after  that,  maybe  the  newest  champions  added  to  the  game  come  first?  Because  many  YouTubers  have  champions  such  as  Ursuga  or  Annie  in  front.
