It's not actually harassment, it's a valid tactic since Plarium allowed the circumstance where 2 lost and 1 win will still net you a positive point, while making it officially as a "lost" so the opponent will not be removed from the attacker page, unless the attacker deliberately refresh his page.

Kinda surprised it's still there since I thought Plarium say they know about the problem since they launch 3v3 and says they're going to fix it... I guess that's another thing they put on the back burner and never fix.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do but wait until the attacker actually have mercy on you and refresh his/her page or wait until the 3v3 reset

Edit: wait... You're actually winning points, so what's the problem? If you want to lower your rank, you can also do the same and lose intentionally and lose bigger points

BUT , in TAg Arena, I can usually beat 5 or 6 , and Sometimes 7 -3v3 out of 10 .............
