Skullcrown lead-High Khatun-Madame-Foli would be a better speed team than what you're using now. But you can just do Skullcrown lead-Apothecary-Madame-Kael in the meantime if Foli and HK aren't built yet. If you need a go-second team you can build around a tanky Cardinal and play around her revive+max TM boost.

You've got lots of good champs for sure and you especially won't regret maxing out Foli, Skullcrown, Gurgoh, Brakus, and Cardinal if you want to improve in arena. Basher, Rector Drath, and Doompriest are also notable champs you may consider for more comp options. Bad-El, Vizier, and Venus should be maxed out as well, but IMO the ones I mentioned earlier are the better ones for Arena. Good luck!

So currently only my Kael, Apothecary, Bad-El, and Stag Knight are 60. My Madame, Skullcrown, Relickeeper, High Khatun, and Spirithost are 50. and the rest are just leveled up to 40 via the Sparring Pit. I am willing to admit that I have a small shard addiction lol. I dont recommend it though since it makes your arena much harder it seems :P

I'm a big fan of Cardinal. You can built a real arena team around her, but the champs probably can't be used anywhere else if you gear them for that job.

Cardinal in a immortal set (to avoid stun debuffs or other nasty things that will prevent you from reviving) and so many hp and def that she survives the first hit. The other teammembers accuracy (debuffer) and damage only, no def, hp or speed needed, especially no speed boots, what makes them hit much harder than nukers in other teams. 

Madame, Foli, Relickeeper seem to be a good option for such a Cardinal-Team. Should stomp most enemies into the ground, but avoid to attack opponents with block revive champs (Foli, Rotos, Zavia), wich is the counter to Cardinal teams.

That's what I figured.... You shouldn't open another shard other than for fusion/fragment event points for a while... probably ever lol.

Live there until you level a bunch of the suggested champs (Skullcrown, HK, Doompreist, Foli, Basher, Rector Drath) and get good gear (months of grinding lol).  Not sure exact order, depends on your book situation

I only have one currently, also havent hit level 20 dragon yet. Currently stuck on level 17.

Rector Drath is probably enough support to carry your 4 60s through Dragon 20.  That should be your immediate goal.  While running 12.3 to level up your champs and start improving gear.
