Hi guys! I'm not sure I understand correctly the boss' A2.

Spirit Rush (Cooldown: 3 turns) Attacks all enemies. Inflicts bonus damage for every turn remaining on all enemy skills cooldowns (+20% damage for each turn of cooldown). Places a [Fear] debuff on enemies with no skills on cooldown.omegle xender 

In one of its video, Stew said the damage increased if you resisted the A3 (putting your skills on cooldown), but I think it's very counter-intuitive with the wording and the [Fear] part. Did some testing but there's too much variables for me to be sure and I don't want to regear everyone without knowing what I'm doing.

So, if I put everyone at 400 RES, will the A2 do more or less damage to my team?
