Hi, folks! Please, don't be too harsh to other players if you think they say something wrong. Please, try to elaborate in more detail - what precisely the other person is saying that you disagree with.

Also, Nobbi, it is not clear from your message what makes you so upset. Could you please provide more details on the troubles that you experience?

We are already working on a solution to make the Arena progression in Bronze and Silver easier and to release those changes in one of the upcoming updates. Also, we are considering different options to utilize duplicate champions. Still, that aspect of the game is expected to be released into the game later, with no specific date at the moment.

Please, remember that the more precise and specific your questions are, the more likely they attract helpful answers 

Yeah, it would be nice if these features got addressed at some point. But since the response to these for the past close to a year I am following the news closer was either "there is no issue" or "we are working on it", I have some doubts most of these will ever get a fix.
