Shard drop rates are a lie...

I understand that this is supposed to be a p2w game. Plarium politely provides us with stated drop rates. After 9 months of collecting data, my actual drop rate is exactly 1/2 their claims!!! Instead of shards, they should be called lottery tickets. Customer support is dismissive of complaints, with canned responses. Do not waste your $$$$ until we know we will get what we are paying for.

Where does Plarium povide us with shard drop rates? Do you mean the chance of getting a certain rarity when opening? OK that's not really what I thought you meant by drop rate.

Yes of course opening shards are like lottery tickets. They are EXACTLY like lottery tickets. I have data going back almost 2 years and pulls are as advertised. I've had some increadible luck, and i've had some very harsh dry spells.
