That should be quite easy, certainly if you do it manually, with the champions you have... Scyl, Sethallia, Doompriest, Tayrel and whoever you like as fifth. Make sure Sethallia has her AOE buff strip ready whenever the spiderlings spawn with their counterattack buffs, so she can immediately strip that and Tayrel / any other AOE hitters can do their job. Scyl, Sethallia and Doompriest will heal and cleanse the poisons.
