My arena team is at 200K power all 4 Legend champions and I sit in Gold 4 (background info)

I still get hammered from time to time from teams with 1 legend and 4 epics or 3 epics and 1 rare champion. These teams can even be at 110K power compared to my 200K

Maybe I should start a reverse rant where I get my azz kicked all the time by players with much less power and how arena matches me up against teams of too little power that kick my butt

No actually that would be silly, much like all the other threads. 

I know there are better players  out there with a much better understanding  of this game than I have. But I continue to watch videos and learn better teams/gear/composition

I will not complain about getting beat by a team with less or more power than me. Hopefully I learned something from the encounter though

and I just love how my Ma'Shalled is OP artifacts with almost 215% CD 100% crit rate , 4k Attack Power and I hit 3k with skill nº 1. And then we have ppl hitting for 20k on 1rst hit on revenge... 

SO they know EXACTLY the kind of this game is, and we are the stupid ones that keep playing this game.

PVP IS TRASH, one of the worst Gameplay ever, if raid don't know how.. look at other games!

This game has the best PVP of all. I call it PVPVE  because although you are fighting other player teams there is not an actual player you are fighting with in real time.

For intense  in your face PVP, I come to the forums to duke it out with trolls ;)

Why you necropost a topic from march?  There are tons of posts about arena on the first page...

I suspect they googled it and the results led to this page.  I could be wrong though.

I guess I am just too old a forum nut from computer gaming in the 90's.  I used to moderate on IGN (what a zoo in the day!) and I just can't understand why people don't look first.  

I like to get a feel for a forum so I can get the most out of it...

People are so frustrated that they are looking for answers anywhere they can.  Part of the problem is that if you complain to support, they tell you to go to the forums or to discord to mention it but they don't provide any links.  If they did a link to the landing page for game discussion, it might be helpful but I think they are mostly just trying to get rid of you so they send you "elsewhere".  Then if you google it, the weirdest things will pop up.

Two years later and still the same... the arena sucks utterly

Instead of necro'ing a thread that's been dead for 7 months, why don't you make a new thread with your current roster of champs and maybe folks could help you improve your arena situation instead?

True Raid PvP happens on Forums and discord. But I don't share your sentiment. Arena could be improved alot but is nowhere near .. trash .

Over last 5weeks i gradually falling down from gold 4, now im in gold1. Most likely plarium removing 'low level opponents' :)

No, they are not removing low level opponents.  They are just driving them down from G4 to G1.

My experience is not typical from what I understand.  I'm comfortable in G4 for at least 1 1/2 years.  Team Power currently aound 230K.

I almost NEVER win speed battle, maybe 1 time in 10.

I almost NEVER attack a team with power above 170K.

I stay in G4 and win 100 - 130 gold medals a day.

My team always goes second and almost always wins, b/c I know I can't win the speed battle and will be one-shotted by a team with anywhere near my power.  My battles last 3 to 8 minutes regularly.

Know your account, know your team.  Truth is I suck at this game as far as understanding and putting teams together, but i figured out how to stay in G4.
