Moments  after  i  was  seeking  support  for  arena  issue  i  attempted  to  upgrade  the  grar  on  one  of  my  champions.  I  spent  over  10  million  silver  going  from  12-14,  13-15,  12-13,  and  10-10.  Thats  right.  After  over  one  million  silver  l,  i  gave  up  Trying  to  get  to  11.  This  is  such  a  scam.  I  sought  help  before  and  magically  went  from  over  1600  in  the  arena  to  under  1300  in  a  matter  of  two  days.  This  is  a  problem  when  i  seek  help  or  support  and  this  magically  happens.  Is it  really  a  coincidence?  I  dont  know.  One  thing  is  for  sure,  i  have  spent  hundreds  of  dollars  because  i  thought  it  was  a  fun  game  and  in  order  to  not  get  slammed  by  the  whales,  i  spent  more  money  for  nothing.  I  am  a  little  over  one  month  away  from  Scyl  of  the  Drakes  and  to  tell  you  the  truth,  im  not  sure  if  i  can  even  last  that  long. 

the  arena  is  broken,  cannot  upgrade  champions  because  i  am  going  broke,  keep  getting  ripped  off  with  the  same  duplicates  i  dont  need,  and  i  am  very  frustrated  at  where  this  game  is  going.  I  have  so  much  time  and  money  invested  that  i  am  not  sure  what  to  do.  

do  i  just  give  up  and  delete  this  game  like  many  others  have?  I  am  at  a  loss  people,  and  i  dont  know  what  to  do.  I  am  afraid  of  seeking  support  because  of  the  retaliation  i  get  when  doing  so.  

is  there  really  anyone  in  Plarium  who  cares? 

this  game  is  the  funnest  game  i  have  ever  played.  Itbis  THE  game  that  has  become  the  game  that  i  play  with  my  son,  which  we  have  a  shared  love  for  the  game.  

does  anyone  know  how  to  seek  actual  help  and  bot  only  get  automated  responses?  Thank  you  in  advance.
