It's not a champion problem, it's a gear problem. You are using 3* artifacts on Miscreated Monster, wich is your best champ. You don't have a banner for him, what could bring extra accuracy for his stun. 

You can't expect to climb in silver with 3* gear on your champs.

On the long run you should replace Elhain with a better damage dealer, but for now nobody can replace her, because she is lvl 60.

How close are you to getting High Khatun from Daily Login Rewards?

With your current roster I would do this team setup for the time being until you get High Khatun or if your lucky, Gorgorab as your speed lead.

Spead Lead - Spirithost - ATK Up (2nd move)

Apothecary - Speed boost up/turn meter reduction (1st move)

Spider - Defense Down / possibly weaken also (3rd move)

Elhain or Miscreated - AOE atk to finish them.(4th move)
