Coldheart is a great champ.

do  not  use  Coldheart  as  food!  She  is  basically  a  legendary.

Haruspex  is  decent  and  so  is  Gnarhorn

Haruspex ? I have used him for food.

He's  a  decen  rare,  speed  and  turn  meter  boost  with  a  speed  aura  for  arena.  Poison  on  a1  and  revive  on  the  a3.  He  was  a  staple  in  my  ice  golum  20  team  until  i  gor  scyl  of  the  drakes.  Even  now  he's  the  speed  lead  in  one  of  my  tag  team  arena  teams.  Pretty  good  champ.

In addition to the champs you allready mentioned at the start I would keep Avir the Alchemage for faction wars. Dwarves are short (of healers).

Also  Draconis.  My  golden  rule  is  keep  at  least  one  copy  of  every  rare  you  pull.  It  is  often  surpising  at  just  how  good  the  rares  can  be,  they  can  fill  a  specific  need  quite  well  and  at  little  cost  to  build.  At  the  start  of  my  playing  i  fed many  rares  and  regret  it  having  not  pulled  them  again  since.  Hyria  is  one  of  those  rares.  She  would  have  helped  lots  in  my  early  game.  

Bottom  line...  you  can  do  pretty  much  everything  in  the  game  with  only  rare  champions,  albeit  slower  but  you only  need  legendaries  and  epics  for  very  specific  parts  of  the  game.  Take  a  look  at  murder  inc  video  on  Scrapper  soloing  just  about  everything.  

Headsman  and  Purgator  are  good  nuker  options.

Master  Butcher  is  actually  an  insane  rare  champion.

Scrapper  is  great  for  Scarab  King.

Panthera  and  Grappler  are  good  for  Fire  Knight.

Ogryn  Jailer  is  a  one  shot  specialist.

I've  heard  Arbalester  has  high  multipliers.

Sticthed  Beast  is  an  expert  for  Undead  Hordes  21.

These  are  the  rares  that  are  sometimes  worth  keeping.  Don't keep  them  if  you  dont  need  anything  in  that  area.  Im  not  going  to  mention  notable  rares  others  have  already  mentioned.

Marked help me beat Stage 18 in Barbarian Faction today.

lmao, witness helped me, ha ha ha, it's funny, ha ha ha. Let me tell you this funny story.

A war hero armed from toe to tooth with heavy metal, heavy guns, armor ..., he took out a ... cigarette and tell people, this helped me on battlefield. 5 days later, a group of teenages go to war, each hold a pack of cigarettes, their only weapon on battlefield, ha ha ha.
