Doing a secret room the first time or redoing a boss room.

Yes I realise that - but like I said if I can't reach them I can't do that - therefore can't get the energy, therefore can't play. Oh well.

The first place where you could use silver keys, the Magma Dragon, has lvl 75. That is between dungeon lvl 9 and 10 of the dungeon Dragon. Fair enough for and "advanced quest".

Your starter champ has neutral affinity, an easy to acces, campaign farmable def debuff champ, Warmaiden, has strong affinity vs. Magma Dragon. 

And it's ridiculous that you "can't get the energy and therefore can't play" without this advanced quest. Energy refills over night (probably you sleep, like most humans do), you get free energy from your daily quest, that, unlike advanced quests doesn't require silver keys, and you get additional energy from the free goodie packs. You can also buy energy in the shop from gems, wich you get free from daily quests and gem mine.

Fair points Skadi - I was just a bit annoyed that another obstacle to progress is there for lower players and admit I haven't spent much effort on the tower so far.

I've just managed to rejig my team (and look at other teams) and get to the boss - so bit of humble pie from me.  

I do still feel putting something in like this, when arena is pretty screwed up and stopping progress for many, is unnecessary and that needs fixing rather than adding something else.

I JUST got to Floor 6 BARELY ..... Been trying for 2 Months ,,, Couldnt get past floor 2 ...

Now the Quest for 5 Silver Keys is out and I can use One ONCE till , I assume , Tower Resets

Or till I build some Better Players, With Some Better Gear, that i have to Spend Energy on to Farm 

Geee Energy should be Free so I can just Farm all day long in Dragon 20 ,, Oh WAIT , Im NOT in Dragon 20 Yet ,,, Well, they should Change that so i can play Dragon 20 and Get 6 Star Life Steal Gear ,,,

If you can't beat the first boss on normal you are doing something wrong... I just beat with 5 rares, only Kael at 60 others at 50 in 33 seconds.  

I just ran with 50 spirithost, 60 kael, 60 Warmaiden... 34 seconds

End of Doomtower is "end game" not the whole thing. Even early game players should be able to clear the first boss easily enough.

And if you can't... well tough luck. You are doing something wrong so you don't deserve that free 75 energy... wow, what a punish. 

The arrogance of some of you older players knows no bounds.

Yeah, not everyone is gonna luck out, so to suggesting the only result is they are doing something wrong isn't helping at all. 

The last post in this thread is one and a half year old. How do you guys allways find these threads where you post your rants?

The thread starter managed to use his silver keys at the same day he started this thread, as you could see if you would read the thread you are posting in.

3 years later the issue has still been ignored.

Level 2 of Doom tower are level 123 not 75.

I am ok with it being "end game content" remove the requirement for me to use silver keys from my quest line and replace it with something I can do.
