I'd like to throw in Fahrakin the Fat to the queue as well. If I had to pick one though, I'd probably lean towards doing Apothecary first.

Depends on what part of the game you want to focus on/ you feel you struggle in
The fact Apothecary is not 50 is almost criminal. He should definitely be on the list. Focus him for sure, he is just that good.
Other than him, Frozen Banshee and Fahrakin for Dragon and CB. Of these two, I'd prioritize Fahrakin.
