How do you use her? Is she supposed to land poison debuffs on her own or do you use her in a combo with Taurus/Draco for her Deadly Catalyst skill only?

If it's her job to land poison, she needs much more accuracy.

I  use  her  as  attack  and  becouse  of   her  deadly catalyst  but  i  think  too  i    need  more  accuracy  couse  she  hits  poison  evry  Second  time  around  thank  u  should  i  put  accuracy set  onher  insted  of  offense?

Be on the look out for an accuracy banner everytime you farm Spider. Overall though, you're on the right path and you built her well (decent speed, attack, 100% crit rate) considering you still only have 4 60s. Good job! 

Offence set is honestly kind of garbanzo. If you can afford cruel or even savage while keeping her stats up, it would be an upgrade for sure. 

As Lxzy said, ACC banner is always a great thing to have. If you don't have that, accuracy set will work fine as a supplement until you get one.

How  should  build  Scyl  of  the  drakes  i  tought  stun  and  speed  set?

she needs a lot of accuracy, defense, and speed.

I have a speed set, and 2 perception sets.
