Rector Drath and Alure are good champions, but not for arena. Also, Rector heals based on own HP, so why does yours have such low HP? Both chest and gloves should be HP percentage main stat. 

Anyway, for arena, I'd add Gorgorab in lead, then probably Lix as fourth (Gala and Zargala are also options but believe Lix is probably stronger - or you could switch depending on affinity of your opponents), that's a pretty strong team but of course you'd still need the right gear to progress far. 

Countess Lix is a new champion.

I know very little about Countess Lix.

I don't know if she can hit hard or not.

I haven't fought anyone in Arena with her.

I haven't spoken to any teammates who have Pulled her.

I will recommend an Arena team for you, but I will not include Countess Lix in it.

I don't want to include a champion on a team when I know nothing about the Champion.

The set up I will recommend is the following:

Leader - Gorgorab - Speed Aura 23%

1st move: High Khatun ------> Turn Meter Fill + Speed Buff

2nd move: Gorgorab ---------> Turn Meter Fill + Increase Attack Buff

3rd move: Stag Knight -------> AOE Def Down

4th move: Kael ---------------> AOE Nuker

If  you  get  them  built  up,  Zargala  and  Inquisitor  Shamael  could  ve  good  options.  Inquisitor  Shamael  is  a  one  shot,  crowd  control  champions  and  Zargala  applies  Decrease  Defense  as  well  as  being  an  AOE  nuke.
