Vogoth in the team can replace life steal gear - while Elhain is completly useless at the Clanboss. Probably you use her because she is one of the few lvl 60 you have right now, but nothing in her skill kit makes her valuable at CB. 

Jareg is a great champ as well, better vs. CB than Thenasil in my eyes.

Ok - so u suggest to switch away elhain and thenasil for vogoth and jareg? And then no lifesteal i guess.

Another option you have is to swap out Elhain + Thenasil for Vogoth + Doompriest

The Clan Boss likes to Stun the Leader most of the times in the battle.

The hero you are using as the Leader is Tayrel.

You could make Doompriest the fastest hero on your team so she can Cleanse the Stun from Tayrel.

Doompriest offers small healing as well.

100%  Valkyrie  and  stack  that  defense.  With  a  valk  yoy  can  mive  away  frim  lifesteal  as  you  are  relying  on  her  sheild  to  keep  your  team  going  meaning  you  can  move  your  team  into  gear  that  will  help  you  do  more  damage.
